How long will my order take?

Orders are usually processed and packed the same day. Orders are shipped 9am every business day. If you order after 9am your order will be shipped 9am the following business day. We outsource parcel delivery with Australia Post Eparcel. If you have any questions regarding your order please get in touch and our friendly team will be happy to help you out.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed, we will ship your product and you will be notified via email.  This email will provide you with your personal tracking number. To track your order, simply enter this number into the Australia Post tracking system or click here to visit our tracking page.

How much will delivery cost?

Our shipping rates are fixed depending on the state it is being delivered to, and are available before completing checkout.

We do not profit from delivery fees.

The system says it cannot deliver to my address?

We can have your parcels delivered all over Australia. 99.9% of the time it is simply a little mistake the system cannot process. Double check you have entered your “suburb” and then “city” i.e. SUBURB- St.Kilda. City- Melbourne. The system may require you to enter “Malvern East” v’s “East Malvern”.
We can deliver to PO BOX addresses, as you will be able to claim your parcel from your local Australia Post by providing them with the calling card Australia Post will leave for you.

Orders outside of Australia are limited to 500g.

What if I’m not home to receive my order?

Should you not be home when your parcel is delivered, a calling card will be left at your premise. With this card you can collect your parcel from the designated Australia Post office. Please note: Photo identification will be required for collection.

Can parcels be left at my designated address if I am not home?

Yes. To have your parcel left at the address provided, you will need to clarify this by typing your request into the ‘Order Notes’ box via the checkout page when ordering.

Can my order be delivered to my workplace, friends or families address?

Definitely, we can have your parcel delivered to any destination you choose.


What are the payment options?

You can choose to pay through a debit/savings account or credit card via Paypal’s website, or with our secure credit card option handled through our checkout page.

How secure are these payment options?


PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to the PayPal site, their server checks that you’re using an approved browser – one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.

Once your information reaches the PayPal site, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.

As such, PayPal handles the whole payment side, so we never even see your confidential information, therefore making it on of the most securest payment option in the world.

Credit Card:

Even though we have a credit card payment option, we never actually see and store your credit card information.  Once you enter your credit card details, our website connects to Paypal over a SSL 256-bit encrypted connection. PayPal then processes the credit card payment and connects with our bank, making it just as secure as the world-wide PayPal payment option.  So rather than having to be taken to PayPals website to enter your credit card details, you can enter your details directly from our website, as if you were doing it from PayPal’s itself, making it much quicker and easier for you.

How secure is this website?

The UPS website is installed with a 256-bit SSL certificate signed by word-class GeoTrust (the world’s second largest digital certificate provider, to secure online transactions and conduct business over the Internet.).  The entire time you are on the UPS website, you will notice the address bar URL always begins with https and stamped with a padlock, indicating that our SSL certificate is in use and all your data is encrypted between you and our website.  This makes the UPS website the most secure way to surf and shop on the internet.  Most other online shops only secure the checkout page, whereas our website is always secure no matter where or what you are doing leaving your mind at ease that no one with ever obtain your confidential information.

What if I would like to change details on my account?

You have full control of your own personal login account. If you’d like to change any details (such as newsletter subscription, delivery details etc.) you simply login and click “my account” and make necessary changes.


Are your products suitable for men and women?

Yes, the active ingredients used in our formulas are biologically active for both men and women. There will be advisory notes for products deemed suitable for gender specific.

How many protein shakes per day should I have?

This answer all depends on how many grams of protein you are ingesting “Total per day” from whole foods and supplements combined.

Supplements should not be the sole source of nutrition. They are designed to supplement (top up) an already good established diet. Generally two to three shakes per day suit most requirements.

High end athletes may need more.

How should I mix a shake?

Directions are on each product, simply mix desired serving size with liquid (we recommend filtered water) in either a blender or hand shaker and consume.


Do our products contain “Wheat”?

No, we do not add wheat into our products. (Please refer notes at bottom of page).

Do our products contain “Gluten”?

No, we do not add any ingredient containing gluten. (Please refer notes at bottom of page)

Can i use this product if I’m “Celiac”?

Yes, our products can be used by those diagnosed with Celiac.

Do our products contain any “Soy”?

No, we do not use any soy based ingredients in our products. (Please refer notes at bottom of page)

Do our products contain any sugar?

No, We do not add any sugars into our products. However there is a tiny amount naturally found in raw ingredient protein powder.

I have heard your premium grade products are only for the serious athletes/competitors?

It is true we have based our range to provide top athletes with the highest grade and purity possible. Those looking for high end nutrition benefit from our range.

Are the nutritional specifications based per scoop?

The nutritional specs are accurate per gram based measurement as listed on each product. The scoops provided give an approximate gram serving size. Depending on whether you create an overfull mounded scoop or a flat smaller scoop will depend on true gram serving size.

If you need true measurement simply weigh the product and add more or less as required.

Are there products suitable for individual’s who are “lactose sensitive”?

We have had many lactose sensitive people be able use our premium grade products. We do not add any milk powders into our products. We use only the highest biologically active grades of whey protein that are extremely low in lactose.

If in doubt request a sample or obtain medical advice.


* Made on a production line that also produces products containing gluten, soy, egg, nuts and seeds. These ingredients are not added into any formula however may be present in miniscule amount from dust etc.

* The manufacturing of the raw ingredient protein powder uses technology involving “lecithin”.
