HOW TO TAKE PRE WORKOUT
UPS ULTIMATE POWER 2.0 is best consumed 15-30 minutes before exercise. In your UPS Shaker, simply mix 1 scoop (10g) with 200-300ml of water, shake for 5 to 10 seconds and consume immediately. Start with half a scoop to assess your tolerance. Do not consume more than 2 scoops per day.
